My partner and I could not resolve partnership issues and were at a stalemate. Larry developed a plan to re-open negotiations on the difficult topics and resolve them using an attorney of my partner's choosing. Larry and my partner’s attorney broke the issues down into simpler elements; we renegotiated and compromised on key points to my partner's and my eventual satisfaction. I appreciated that Larry stuck with us, reworked the agreement numerous times, and made sure everyone was comfortable during the difficult negotiation process. I recommend his services without reservation.

Attorney Eisner’s Philosophies

Early Introduction to Business and the Law
My father was a lawyer who operated a business for 30 years, but he never completely left law behind. He used the tools of legal analysis and inquiry in his business life, and conducted many a Moot Court on family car trips.
I learned early on that business and law are closely intertwined, and that one needs to interact and support the other for a business to be successful.
Jurisprudence is a fascinating field of study, but it has no value on its own. When it comes to business relations, law needs to be connected with business practicality to make it all function in the real world.
What I Believe about Business and the Law
I see my role in business transactions as the third wheel that connects ideas and concepts into a harmonious functional agreement. Here’s how it works:
Wheel 1: Business is the art of looking for opportunities and evaluating the risks inherent in turning those opportunities into realties.
Wheel 2: Law provides an enforceable system to reduce uncertainties while the businessperson puts that art into practice.
Wheel 3: The business attorney—the cog that connects it all—bringing clarity and structure to business transactions.
My experiences in government service, in business, and in law have refined my understanding of how legal structure and business practicality must work together to bring entrepreneurial plans and creative ideas into being.
